Valley Pike Truck Wash

Guys, you charged me $150 for this wash! The rain washes my truck and trailer better! I don't recommend you to anyone! At Blue Beacon, a wash costs $80 and they wash the truck to a shine! You charged me $150 and only wet it! I asked you to rewash it, and you only rewashed the places I marked in the photo, but you didn't rinse them, they remained dirty too! I came back to you for more than 4 hours, you stole my time and ruined my mood. I just wanted to wash my truck and celebrate the New Year, but I spent half a day at your place. This is very bad service! Truckers, go to Blue Beacon and wash your trucks there, it's cheaper and faster!

This would be a great place to put a truck wash! It's an ok place to get your equipment washed if it's already clean. I gave them the benefit of the doubt several months when we had a truck done and they missed several wheels, taillight panel and a fender. I called and left a message. Did not receive any call back so we took the truck back out a few days later for a rewash. They actually missed half the stuff again that they missed the first time. I shook my head and just laughed it off at that point. Today I had another driver stop in for a wash. Then when he came back to the yard it's half washed as well. Based on the receipt we paint for a truck wash. Not half of a truck wash. I would love to discuss this with someone in charge. Let me know who to contact please. Thanks Those wheels are polished. They didn't touch the steers. Looks like they just high pressured the drives.

I really like coming here, as the staff are very nice. I just wish the youngins would pay better attention to detail. Update 5/29/26 Not much has changed. Still a sloppy job. As I stood there and watched 4 of them wash that hood separately there's still missed splotches all over it. Side not washed off. Dirty mit used on the tank and not washed off. When they said done, I redirected them to the stacks and front of the trailer that wasn't even touched. Trailer still buggy, stacked still a mess. The employees are nice enough but lazy, on the phone, more interested in social media than making sure a 3hour wait and a $140 wash is done right. Rating reduced from 3 to a 2 star. Side note. Fix the potential holes guys.
